Lilian Bagambe
Lead Consultant & Coach
Lilian is a results driven Consultant/Coach, passionate about changing/optimizing productivity and work ethic in the marketplace. She is the founder of Zoe Recruitment and Discoveri a sub-brand of Zoe Recruitment.
With 20+ years work experience in the corporate and consulting worlds, Lilian has worked across various functions and with various brands and in leadership positions. The functions include Audit, Finance and HR. Some of the brands she has served include Barclays Bank, Hima Cement (Lafarge Group), Bamburi Cement (Lafarge Group) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During her tenure at these corporates, she was involved in or led several projects of transformational change, which she enjoys.
As a Consultant, she has served various clients, including SMEs and Large corporates helping them with Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training & Coaching. Some of the clients served include but not limited to NCBA Bank, ABSA Bank, Stanbic Holdings Ltd, Larsen and Toubro (L&T) a global electrification firm, Vivo Energy, UGACOF a leading coffee exporter, RSM Eastern Africa - a global audit firm, Med-Optics, Medical Access, Uganda Heart Institute amongst others.
As a Coach she has worked with individual as well as group coaching clients from several organizations, including Stanbic Holdings, Standard Chartered Bank, IFC Uganda, Orient Bank, WFP Ghana, helping her clients overcome the obstacles that get in the way of achieving their career goals, and in a short period of time.
She also provides Career counselling for young adults, helping them make career choices aligned with who they are.
Lilian holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK), She is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK), a Certified Career Analyst and Counselor and holds various certificates in Strategic HR Management.
She is a member of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and the HR Managers Association of Uganda.
